Assetly is proprietary software. Access is granted by invitation only, and all use is subject to these Terms of Service and this Ethical Use Policy. By using Assetly, you agree to the principles set out below.
Intended Use
Assetly is built for organisations that need to manage physical and digital assets responsibly — equipment, tools, AV gear, consumables, and similar inventory. It is intended to support transparent, accountable, and human-centred operations.
Uses We Do Not Permit
Access to Assetly will not be granted — and existing access will be revoked — for organisations using the platform for:
- •Military operations, installations, or offensive equipment tracking
- •Weapons development, munitions management, or targeting systems
- •Mass surveillance infrastructure or covert monitoring of individuals
- •Systems designed to restrict or enforce immigration detention
- •Propaganda operations, state-sponsored disinformation, or voter suppression
- •Any application designed to monitor, harm, or control people without their full knowledge and consent
These restrictions apply regardless of the organisation's stated purpose, jurisdiction, or relationship with Assetly. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination of access with no refund or notice obligation.
In Short
Use Assetly to manage resources that support your team, your community, or your organisation's legitimate operations. Not to track the infrastructure of harm, surveillance, or control.
