The Assetly software is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify your organization administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Usage

You may not use Assetly for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
