1. Data Ownership

Assetly is an open-source platform. If you are using a self-hosted instance, your data is stored directly in your own Supabase project. We do not have access to your data, nor do we collect analytics or track your usage "phoning home".

2. Authentication

We use Google OAuth for authentication via Supabase Auth. Your password is never stored on our servers. We only receive your email address and profile name to create your account within your organization's workspace.

3. Usage Data

The platform maintains an immutable audit trail of asset changes (creations, moves, checkouts) to ensure organizational accountability. These logs are stored in your database and are only accessible to authorized members of your organization.

4. Third-Party Services

When using the hosted version (if applicable), we rely on Supabase for data storage and Vercel for hosting. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for how they handle infrastructure-level data.
